The travel to Florence was uneventful. Here are some of the first pictures we took. On Wednesday we spent most of our time at the Pitti Palace and in the Boboli Gardens. On Thursday we went to Siena and San Gimignano by bus. On Friday we went to several churches in Florence. On Saturday we took a bus to Pisa. On Sunday we took a walk to SanMineato, outside the old city walls.

We traveled from Florence to Venice on Monday by train. On Tuesday we did a lot of walking and saw many churches--and stores. On Wednesday we took a boat tour of three islands in the Venice lagoon. On Thursday we went to the Accademia (art gallery) and ate ice cream in San Marco square.

We were only in Vienna for a single day. The weather turned sunny and we walked a lot. We saw a few churches and monumental buildings. Patricia found a street fair and bought a local meal there.

Prague is one of our favorite cities. We have done lots of walking. One of us has done lots of shopping. We have found new places to eat. We went to a concert at a place we last visited 3 years ago. Here are a few pictures...
