2006 - New Mexico Roadtrip

Late in the fall of 2006 we took a roadtrip around northern New Mexico, visiting pueblos, Taos, Chimayo and other spots. We made it as far west as Canyon de Chelly.

The skies were not completely clear above Tamaya
We set out on a walk in the Bosque at Tamaya and saw these flowers.
We went to Acoma--the Sky City--on Wednesday. This is the church of San Estaban de Rey
There are very old bells in this church, which was begun in the early 1600s
The Enchanted Mesa, as seen from the Acoma Pueblo
