We aren't allowed to take pictures during performances, so the best I can do is at the fin de fiesta. This is Anget Herrera (el Largo), but as you can see, it is badly overexposed.

But sometimes, just sometimes, I was able to capture a performer pretty well. This is Eduardo Guerrero and he put on a wonderful performance at González Byass.

From Jerez, we trained to Seville and at at a restaurant we have visted many times. We were able to sit outside just a block from the Cathedral even thought the weather was a little threatening.

La Giralda. ¡Mira! ¡El cielo esta claro! La Giralda. and, look! the sky is clear for a few minutes.

From Seville to Granada, where we saw more great flamenco. This is another "fin de fiesta" (which sort of means "end of the party") in a small performance space.

From whatever angle you see it, the Alhambra is magnificent.

Granada to Córdoba where we were once again struck by the beauty of the mezquita. Las columnas y los arcos guia los ojos. Usted no notó la estatua, ¿verdad?

At el Cardenal in Córdoba, the lights were left on and the audience was encouraged to take pictures during the performance. This one turned out great.

We visited Villa Rosa. Ana Polanco was full of energy and is very talented.

We also visited Casa Patas in Madrid and had really good seats.

For the first time in our several visits to Madrid, we went inside the Catedral de Almundena, which is very close to the Royal Palace. It looks like it could be old, but construction was begun in the late 1800s.

On our last day in Madrid we were able to eat outside for only the 3rd time in a month.

At home in Santa Fe, spring was drawing nearer.
