It stayed cold for several days and icicles like this were a common sight.
Full moon in early February. I've often wondered how to get a picture of the moon looking so large. I have no idea how I got this one.
We went to Spain in February. [We had no idea how this trip would turn out. In Jerez we had several good meals at Las Banderillas
This miniature setting was created in Italy in the 1600s and resides in the Cathedral of Jerez. The detail is amazing. The figures are articulated.
We visited Bodegas Tradición where we sampled different varieties of sherry (Jerez, in Spanish) and talked aboout the process of making sherry.
We saw good flamenco in a little place in Triana after a walk in the area with a local flamenco bailaora who was part of the performance. LOTS of tapas on our walk.

This gian monstrance is in teh Seville Cathedral. It is difficult to see the scale in this picture, but it is at least 12 feet tall.
Las Setas de Sevilla (or, colloquially, "the mushrooms") on Plaza de la Encarnacion in Seville. We had never been to the top, which has a restaurant and an observation point.

This was our view of the Alhambra from the mirador ("lookout") right outside our apartment in Granada. We never get tired of Granada and teh Alhambra.
Famous view in the Nasrid Palaces section of the Alhambra. It was cool, but not unpleasant, the way it was in 2018. And no deluge this time, either.
We had a nice dinner and saw a good show at Casa del Arte Flamenco in Granada. We have been here several times. I like how the camera got the shadows of the quadro.
¡¿What the what?! All those men (yes, it is all men) ar practicing how to lift that platform smoothly. During Santa Semana (Holy Week) the will carry a religious display through Granada in a huge procession.
