All but 1 of the pictures this quarter was taken within walking distance of our house.
This bird often perches at the highest point on our spruce at sunrise and sunset and loudly declares its territory.
We went to a flamenco show at the tablao in Albuquerque. The performance was sponsored by NIF for the board of directors and streamed live.
The haze made this into an interesting picture, albeit one without much detail.

We were invited to watch a rehearsal of Yjastros learning a new choreography. It was really interesting.
On May 22nd, one minute we were picking up "giant" hailstones...
... and the next minute the sky was blue.

May full moon
Right after the full moon, we saw a blood moon eclipse. The funny light made it difficult for me to get a sharp picture.

This AC-130 circled Santa Fe on and off for several days.
If you look closely, you may be able to see the main cannon just behind the port (left) wing.
The military, of course, would not reveal what the plane was doing.
No wonder I can walk so fast. Look how long my legs are!
