There was a road race on this cold, wet Sunday morning. It went from the Alhambra, way up the hill, through Albaycin, and back up the other side of the hill to the Alhambra.

It rained on and off all day.
As we walked up Calle Gran Via de Colon, I was able to capture this interesting reflection.
We visited the Royal Chapel. Unfortunately, no pictures were allowed inside. It was richly decorated and had four magnificent tombs.
During a break in the rain, I walked up the hill to Sacromonte to sout out the ocation of our next flamenco performance. I was able to see the Alhambra from a different angle.
This is the summer home in the Generalife, with is on the same hill as the Alhambra.

This is the unassuming front of the San Gregorio Betco church.
Inside the San Gregorio Betíco church. The Muslims held Christian prisoners at this site and, after the reconquista, a church was built here. At one point in the 19th century, it was a brothel, now it is a convent. The barrier is to prevent contact with the nuns.
On a somewhat different scale, this is the interior of the Catedral Real de Granada--the royal Cathedral of Granada.

A model of the cathedral. I could not get rid of the reflections, so I decided to take advantage of them.
This church is much lighter than the cathedral in Seville, and decorated in a diffrent way.
