We have noticed the drains that run under rooms at other sites and have wondered just how weather-proof these buildings were.

These are pueblo rooms, and not part of the church structures. We're looking back at the large church.
There are multiple layers of rooms. Some show connections with other rooms, but some don't. Does that mean the rooms were cut off or does it mean the entrance was through the roof?
