It snows earlier than I thought it would in Santa Fe: October 5th.
We could easily see the snow from our house.
A balloon from the Albuquerque Balloon Festival got a little off course and landed close to our house.
For those of you who have been here, this is the intersection of Richards and Avienda de la Sur.
The crew caught up with the balloon...
...and finished collapsing it where it landed.

We took a tour in the Jemez area. We stopped at the Valles Caldera and saw a large herd of elk. (This is a good picture if you look at the full-size version.)

We had a guide who explained a good bit of pueblo life to us.
These are the remains of the church. You can see that it was a pretty big place.
