Steven's Parents visited, Tevya and Noah visited, we took our first trip to Mesa Verde and we celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary.

We will return here many times. Our first visit is an overview of this important archeological site.

On the 4th of July, we went to a dance on the Nambé Pueblo.
We like to see the children learning.

I climbed one of the hills during a break in the dancing and looked back down to the picnic area, which is largely hidden.
I had to wonder where the water came from.
I trecked uphill a little more and saw this dam.
On the way to Arvada to pick up Mom and Dad at Tom's, we stopped at Breckenridge.

Back in New Mexico, we took a drive and stopped at the Puye cliffs for a quick look.
