Well, we haven’t even left and our plans have changed. That may be better than a last-minute change, though. Those always seem to have unintended consequences.
Our change is relatively minor: we have removed Sanlúcar de Barrameda from our itinerary. That was going to be our first stop in Spain. We visited it last year on a day trip and wanted to go back for a better look. But that meant trying to crowd too much into a day-and-a-half.
As a consequence, we will be able to spend even more time in Jerez. We will now be there from February 22 through March 4th. As of this moment, we have tickets for 19 festival performances and we know of 5 additional performances in peñas.
